What is Intimaseed?

in • ti • ma • seed

/ˈin(t)əməsēd/

noun. the God-given cause or latent beginning of a desire for close familiarity or friendship; for closeness

Made to Belong

The mission of intimaseed is to encourage intimacy with God. As I got to know Him it felt like an understanding of who He is, who we are and why we are, began to unfold within me. The term intimaseed was born out of the belief that we all have a desire to love, to be loved, and to belong because God created us to be close to Him (Jeremiah 13:11). I believe that desire can only be wholly fulfilled through a close relationship with God, that everything else will fall short of filling the space within us designed to house our eternal companion.

May you be made whole! And if you have already known wholeness in Him, may you be emboldened and equipped to lead someone else to the source of eternal love.

And this is Love

This is how God’s love was revealed among us: God sent His one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:19

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. John 15:13

By this we know what love is: Jesus laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. 1 John 3:16
